Kelly Lippert

Co-Owner Quantum Fitness

“I believe that balance is not something you find, it is something you create”

But I can help you find the way that best suits YOU to being healthy and fit.

Kelly has a passion for working with clients, helping them look good, feel better, try new things and experiment with movement and exercise. We need to find bravery and feel good about ourselves…body and mind. Kelly began her career many years ago as a nursing student but found through some of her own life experiences that she wanted to help people in a different way. Being healthy and exercising go hand in hand. She took her education and combined it with her many fields in the fitness industry to help people find their journey with fitness in a safe and fun environment.

Kelly has been comprehensively trained in many modalities including; Pilates through Core Dynamics with Michele Larsson and Virginia Nicholas, GYROTONIC® method, Kettle Bells with KettleBell Concepts, and Booty Barre with Tracey Mallett. She has been working in the fitness profession for over 17 years.

Kelly has been in the valley for over 30 years. She has two adult children and she and her husband enjoy spending their spare time in the beautiful mountains of California hiking and mountain biking.

Kristine Daly

Co-owner Quantum Fitness, MSPT, KBC Senior Instructor

I believe that happiness is a choice. I believe that everyone can set a goal and achieve it with the right support. I believe in leading a healthy, active lifestyle that will allow me to age gracefully. I believe that we can all “play” like we did when we were kids and that growing up and becoming a responsible adult doesn’t have to be boring. I am a mother, a wife and a friend; this is who I am.

I pursued my education in physical therapy because I have always been intrigued by how the body works as well as helping others. After many years in a traditional hospital setting I felt drawn to the space between acute rehab and return to sport or life. Working in a space like Quantum Fitness allows me to combine my education and do what I love.

I believe there are many ways to get from point A to point B. In my experience the best results are achieved through a collaborative effort between the client and the instructor. I think of myself as a tour guide, someone who knows the layout of the land but this is your journey. You must be actively involved to make progress.

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream” – C.S. Lewis

Although I do not practice physical therapy in the traditional sense I maintain my California PT License. I am also current with the below listed training modalities:

  • Master Instructor Kettlebell Concepts
  • Comprehensive Pilates Training; Kane School of Core Integration, NYC
  • GYROTONIC® Pre-trainer
  • Booty Barre® Instructor
  • Kinesiotape – KT1 & KT2
